If the rating plate is lacking that line, or if the motor/blower is remote mounted, examine the burner’s rectangular diecast aluminum burner housing for a decal with the heading Specification Number (or variation thereof). That number is our part number for the complete oil burner and we will need that number to determine repair components.

ANSWER: Refer to the Limited Warranty at the back of the burner installation manual. Gas burners carry an 18 month warranty from the date of manufacture (not installation). For warranty consideration, locate the Date Code label and the Specification Number of the gas burner and contact the installer or the wholesaler/distributor from which the burner (or appliance if the burner was purchased as part of a system) was obtained.
